The attendance tab is on an individual attendees application form. It shows what time the individual entered and exited the event site and how they were marked as attended and by which administrator. An attendee can enter and exit the site via two different ways
Via a ticket
If a ticket has been scanned using the barcode scanner, the attendance log will show ‘Entered via a ticket’ or ‘Exited via a ticket’. It will show what time the ticket was scanned and whose administrator account scanned the ticket. Please see the ‘Scanning’ article for more detailed information.
Via a system
If a register has been completed manually on the computer, the attendance log will show 'Entered via system’ or ‘Exited via system’. It will show what time the register was completed but not who completed it. Please see the ‘Registers’ article for more detailed information.
Sign in / sign out button
The sign in button can also be used to mark the attendee as on-site manually. This can be used if they have arrived late to the event. If the attendee is signed in, it will show as a sign out button. It might be used if an attendee is leaving early.
