View and Manage Attendee Applications

To view a specific attendees application, you will need to click on the view button (looks like an eye)

Tabs

The application will open up on the default attendee application page, showing all the attendees personal information. The tabs at the top of the application can be used to navigate around the application.

Statuses

There will be a coloured bar at the top of the application to tell the administrator the status of the application.

Application status

Description

A green bar means the application has been accepted. The attendee’s parent or guardian will have been sent a confirmation email.

A red bar means the application has been flagged. A field has been completed that requires an administrator to take action before the application can be accepted.

A blue bar means the application is pending. The application is ready to be accepted by an administrator. If auto-accept is turned on, the SignMeUp system will automatically accept their application and the blue bar will not be shown.

Team Notes

Every application has ‘Team notes’. This is a space for the administrators to make any notes that they feel is relevant to the application. These notes will not be seen by parents but will be kept year on year.  When an attendee applies again with the same account the following year, the team notes will show. Team notes can not be edited after the event has finished.

Activity

At the bottom of each attendees application is an activity log.  This will show which administrator has completed actions relevant to the attendee. It will also show when the application has been flagged or accepted.
