Why hasn't a DBS check been returned?

While it is common for DBS checks to be processed and a certificate number returned in a matter of days, it is normal for it to take longer.  You can check when a check was submitted in the DBS check area of a specific volunteer.  It can take up to 60 days.  If you have submitted a check over 60 days ago, please raise a ticket so we can look into this matter.
