How do we register an attendees or volunteers after registration has been closed?

If you have closed attendee or volunteer registrations but need to take another registration you have two options;

1) change the event settings and reopen registrations (this will be open to all)

2) use the 1-day registration invitation link. (only open to those with the link).  This gives anyone with the link the ability to register even though registrations appear closed to others.  This link only lasts for 24hr before being renewed at midnight, so must be used quickly.

To find the 1-day event registration invitation link go to the 'events' section in your organisation settings and then click  the 'share event links' icon

This will bring up a series of links, including the 1-day event invitation link
