To review the roles a volunteer has offered to do click on the ‘roles’ tab
All the roles the volunteer has offered to help with will then be visible. If you wish to change the role of a volunteer you can either add a new role and delete the original role offered or you can edit the role offered and change the details.
If a volunteer has offered to do multiple roles but they can only do one during your event, then you will need to decline or delete the roles you do not wish the volunteer to have. If you do not do this, when the application is accepted the system will automatically accept offered roles which have not been declined or deleted.
SignMeUp is designed to allow volunteers to do multiple roles. Accept the roles you would like your volunteers to do and these will be printed on their badge (if this option was selected for this role when it was created).
