To manage specific volunteer applications there are two main ways to find their application. Either by searching for them by name in the search bar at the top of the screen or by clicking on ‘volunteers’ on the dashboard and then selecting the volunteer you want to manage.
Once you have selected a specific volunteer to manage you will be taken to their application page.
At the top of the application you will see something similar to what is shown above. The banner shows the status of the application. In this case it is green as the application has been accepted.
If the application has yet to be accepted the banner might be blue (pending), orange (processing) or red (flagged)
A pending application shows that all areas are complete and the application is ready to be accepted. A processing application shows that SignMeUp is automatically carrying out tasks such as chasing references. This application is not yet ready to be accepted, unless the admin clears the remaining items which are processing. A flagged application shows that some of the information within the application needs reviewing before accepting the application. This could include one of the declarations being answered ‘yes’ or a DBS check being insufficient or not clear.
Underneath the banner you will see a series of tabs which allow you to navigate to different sections of the application to review the information contained in each area.
