Removing DBS checks which cannot be used

Sometimes a volunteer may provide you with details of a certificate which your organisation cannot use, for example it is only an enhanced check and the role they have signed up for requires an enhanced with barring list check.

This check can be removed by an admin who has access to the DBS area.

Go to the volunteer's DBS check overview and click to view certificate.

You will then be taken into the certificate details.  You will need to cancel the check before you are able to delete it:

If the volunteer still requires a DBS check for their role, you will then need to add another check
