Applications can have flags attached for multiple reasons, for example a registration which states the attendee or volunteer has a medical condition would generate a flag, a volunteer who has answered ‘yes’ to one of the declarations would have a flag or a custom question has been answered in such a way as to trigger the flag.
All the flags can be reviewed in the risk management tab, which will be red if there are flags on the registration.
Flags may have been applied by the system or manually
To review the information you will need to navigate to the correct section of the application. Details of declarations will be shown in the main ‘volunteer’ information’ tab. Once you have reviewed the information and a decision has been made on how to proceed you may wish to clear the flag. To do this, you need to click the green ‘clean flag’ button next to the flag. This will open a sidebar for you to add details of how this risk is being mitigated.
Once the mitigation reason has been added and updated the flag will now show with the details of the mitigation and a time/date stamp showing which user cleared the flag.
